It's November 9, 2007 ... a momentous day ... the day of my first post on my first blog.
I have just retired from my job of eight years ... an early retirement ... an adventure. One of the things I'll talk about here is what it's like to retire.
Another thing I'll talk about is my garden. It occupies more of my time than I ever dreamed possible. It grows ... in more ways than one.

Nuclear Family
Photo taken on the occasion of Chuck's 60th birthday. Our three daughters, from left, Melanie, Holly and Nan, had just done a series of skits to mark each decade. It was hilarious!
My Grandkids
